This past week, went by in another blurr!!! My birthday was amazing we went and did mini golf and lazer tag all for free!!! it was a lot of fun!! and then we went to see our new apartment that we are moving into tomorrow... it is so so so nice!!! and it has a washer and dryer in it so that is even better!!!! but it is in downtown anaheim... and it is a very upperclass kinda place... and not as homey and the apartment that we are in now... and we had the choice to stay but sister tagge wanted to move so... i agreed with her. we also had exchanges this week and i went into the tongan program for one day!! it was amazing... i didnt understand a word of it but it was super fun!!! :) and i eat tongan food... not too bad... but i have learned that the spirit can work and testify no matter what langauge you are speaking... and i love it so much!!! I am loving being a missionary!! it is so much fun!! WHEN in my life can i go around and just tell people how great jesus is and not look like i am smoking something... :) and to have angels reccord in heaven everytime i open my mouth!!

 

I am happy to hear that you went to the temple with ryan mom, and that he had a lot of people go, that will be a day he will always remember, i am happy that it was a good one! and dont worry about jessica... i guess her true colores are showing... she didnt rebel when she was younger and now she is, and we need to think about her maturetiy age, and how she has always been given what she wants in her life, yuo repe what you sew, and she will find out later when she stands before the lord and she is accountable for her action for how she treats other... but i dont care... it is her loss not to have her mom as her best friend... and i am sorry that helen and sandie dont get along... i guess that means that i can send a letter to grandpa and know where he lives... thats good to know...

 

I still cant get over the fact that roxie died... that is so so so sad... I loved her so much she was so cute... i guess it is another trial that we all need to go though... and that she is happy and playing with brandie, and that they will be there waiting for us to come and love on them... with ginger too... she will be there.. and patches too... and all the other pets we love and hold dear to our hearts...

 

Mom. i had a revelation this week about my singing... in my PB, it says that i have musical talents... and i realized the it doesnt matter what everyone says about my singing that it cant do it very well and that i am tone deaf... but heavenly father and jesus think that it amazing and that they want me to sing so why not do it for them and no one else... so next time you hear me sing wrong... it is not for you but for the lord!

 

I am also excited to say that i have finally finished reading the four gospels in the new testiment and am now started reading out of acts... i am loving the bible and i have no clue why i have not read it before... when i read it i can feel the holy ghost teaching me all the simple truths that i need to know and understand, and i am loving every second of it!!!

 

Jenni, i am happy that you have the guts to get into a yelling match with v... good job for standing you ground and not letting her walk all over you... and your kid are so so cute i miss and love them so much!!! and i am so happy that chris got the new job i am so happy for him!!!

 

MOM!! thank you for you birthday card, i loved it alot... and i laughed... and it is ok that you dont know how to sign... but i will teach you later.. but it made my day thank you so much and i cannot wait to go to red lobster... when the elders saw it they said that we could go to olive garden and i told them NO!! it is only for red lobster and that alone... and then elder brush goes on to say tha $50 can feed five missionaries, and i added if you pay the rest... but i think it will still just be sister tagge and i to go... i dont want to ambarsse myself at how much i like the shrimp there, but sister tagge understands!! :)

 

My investigators are doing amazing... kinda... Adela didnt show up to church... AGAIN!!! but is understand the restration more... we havent been about to contact Karim, and we have three new investigators... Rosiro, and Yesica, and Maria we are excited to start teaching them!!!

 

September 17 Birthday curse‏

last year today... we went and helped grandpa move out of sally's .... this year... sister tagge and i got to wake up at 4am to take a sister to the airport for being sent home dishonnorablly... this past weekend... has been a living nightmare!!! i am so tired.... we have not sleep a lot... and ... the emotions are through the roof... but other than that... i am so so so thankful that i am an EXACT OBEDENT missionary... so i dont ever have to worry about going home for stupid disobendent things.. like umm for one watching movies with elders in their apartments alll night long... yep i see the blessings :) This morning President Bowen told us that we are the highest baptizing area in our whole mission since yesterday... we had two more in our Deaf Branch.. and it should have been three but karim backout at the last minute... which adds more to my stress... but wow!! a very very crazy week!!!

so, on wensday we had zone conference and that was a lot of fun!!! and we did service and painted fences, and then went to the other side of our mission for the conference part, that was fun too!!! i love to be spiritually uplifted all the time it is amazzzing!!!

then saturday... we go to a womens faith conference in Irvine, it is at a stake center, and our church is hosting it... and a speaker that is a member asked us to come interpret cause there were some deaf that were invited, well that was awesome!! :) we got to hear speakers form a muslim, catholic, and born-again... and an lds speaker, and different choirs... but no deaf showed up :( but in the last 30mins we got a phone call from the housing coordinating senior missionary, he told us that president needs us to come to the office and pick up sister corner, and that she will be staying with us for a while... well... since 6:30 am this morning my life and emotions have been all over the place and i am just happy to sleep!!!

so... yes today is my birthday... we are going to have so much fun... but you will have to see what happens in next weeks letter cause it hasnt happened yet!!!

jenni, YAY chris got another job good for him, it is always a blessing!! and poor zayen.... i sure hope that zoey got my letter!!!!

September 10, 2012 Is that Person a Boy or a Girl?????‏

This past week was CRAzY!!!!!!

 

PLease tell zoey asap that i thought i have sent her letters but i will send her another one!!! Last week i only wrote dad and amber... soo...but i think that it is funny... and cute!!!

 

So... yesterday, there was a deaf person that came in asking for a past missionary... that person stayed for all of church... but we still have no ideas if this person is a boy or a girl... their face looks like a girl but the body says boy... and the name... we have no clue... so... it will be intersting to find it out.

 

as for our investigators...  on saturday we both had the prompting to go see our investigator Adella, and when she showed up she was packing her car and crying. We find out that her daughter kicked her out, and of course when we arrive she is already finished packing. Both of our Hearts broke. It was one of the hardest things to see. I pray that she will find comfort in the savoir. We fear that we will not know how to contact her, she has no phone and only has a car, so we will see what happens, we have the phone number for her son and plan to be incontact with her that way.
As for Kreim, she is progressing wonderfully!!! we love her so much too!!! she is amazing! she should be baptized this coming weekend. she has no problems with any of the commandments or any commitments that we extend. :) Sister tagge and I were discussing this morning that she is a lot like Zeerom, had a very hard hart the first time we taught her and then the more we teach and testify the softer she becomes. and she yesterday she attened the Singles ward, we have very high hopes for her!! :)

 

Sister Tagge and i also had a week full of satan between us... it felt like we disagreed about everything!! and so we have to talk everything out... A LOT!! it was very hard but very rewarding in the end, and we still love eachother more that ever!!!

 

I am happy to hear about Morgan and Charity winning, at things they like to do, GOod for them!! :) on saturday night when dad went roping i had a dream about him roping, INTERSTING!!! but i hope he had fun!! :)

 

I did get my package, thanks to sister Ray. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the cat mom!! thank you so much!!! i sleep with him everynight and i love it so so much!! and the candy! thank you... it is the perfect time of the month to recieve it. ;) and the shoes... sorry to say.. i am sending them back, i hope you understand... but no, i dont like them and i think they are too heavy and... so.. sorry, but i love the thought that you sent them to me!! thank you so so so so much!!! and allll the stickers!! I LOVE THEM SO SO SO SO MUCH!!!!! thank you!!:)

 

I hope that cali will get the help she needs, and she is getting toooo toooo big!! you need to put a rock on her head!!! and poor zoey and her teeth.... no boy will be wanting to kiss her with that mouth ;) and cade, in preschool!! wow!!! he is not a little little boy any more, he is just a normal kid... why cant they all stop growing til i get home... Zayen... i dont even reconize him!!! and what is up with his curly hair???

 

Mom, i am sorry that you are tired all the time, just think in the resurrection that you wont be that tired cause your body will be perfect!!!

 

ok, i have a scripture that i want everyone to look up, i found it this morning and i thought everyone would really like it. :)

PROVERBS 28:25-  Pay attention to the last part of it and see how bless you are compared to skinny people :) hint hint hint!! :)

sept 3, 2012 labor day

This week has gone by so fast!!! I cant believe that it is already sept. it is good and bad at the same time!! I am happy that they finally got me up there at church... we need more sisters on that wall, but we dont force right! :)

 

This week we spent a lot of our time with Adella. she is so cute! I love her to death!! and the best part is when she pours water down sister tagges back on purpose!! hahahaha she is so so so funny and she likes everything that we are teaching her and she accepts it all, but she still has a problem with smoking and that it is hard for her to stop when there are others in the house that smoke too... soo ... it is an on going battle!!

there is also k-punch... ok kriem... but her name sign is k on the check and then punch... so we call her k-punch... but she is having some family struggles cause they dont support her at all and make fun of her all the time... but she loves all that we teach her and she loves to read the book of mormon and is always full of questions!! but we love her to death, yesterday she told us that she feels that we are the only ones that really care about her right now, and when we tell her that we love her she knows that we are telling the truth, and that she loves us back, we just know that if she went to a singles ward she would make a lot of friend, but we know that we are the best teachers for her... and is she is amazing, and i love her to death also!!!

 

Sister Tagge is amazing i am so happy she is my compainon we have so much fun together... she has started talking "caveman" to me... "me grump-grump. me want food-food" and we just laugh and laugh!! we do the work but we have fun while we are at it too!! but she really is a blast and i love her so much!!

 

thank you for all the letters you sent me this week it was very nice to open up my email and have 33 new letters!! thank you so so so so much i feel very loved becasue of it!! :)

i hope you all like the pictures... yep i got a thing that will allow me to send pictures now and only for a whole $9, yep i know am a big spender!! But i hope you all can see them!! :) and so... ya... :)

 

this past week, i have no idea what happened again... all i know is that i love adella to death and i want her to be my grandma sooo sooo sooooooo bad!!!!! also that i miss being around old people... they are so much fun!! :) I have learned this week... that jesus christ has a sence of humor... and a darn funny one for that!!! :) I have learned that time flyes when you are doing the lord's work... and that you dont notice when it is happening. I know that being a missionary is the best thing i could have ever done for my life and for my family!!! I have noticed more and more the holy ghost in my life and how he is leading and guideing me. but i cannot tell you how. But all i really do know is that the lord loves me and  that i love him even more!! :)

 

I hopw all is well and that everyone that is sick can get better!! that is no fun when little kids are sick!!! :(

 

Sorry for the short letter... but i had to wait to send all of the pictures, that took a lot of time!! but i hope all is well, and that pictures speak louder than a 1000 words!!
